When we arrived, this restaurant was dead. Not one customer. It was 8 o clock.
There was a funny smell in the restaurant which I didn't like, but after a while i either got used to it or it vanished as food was cooked. There were also quite a lot of tiny flies which were annoying, but I do understand that this is quite common, especially in restaurants that specialise in seafood and fish. It was too warm aswell. Needed air conditioning. So after 15 minutes of being seated....all I wanted to do was leave.
Then, as the restaurant got busier, the atmosphere changed and was very nice. The house wine was lovely, and I really enjoyed the food I was served.
Service was good and the restaurant has wi-fi. It was also fully booked so a reservation is a must.
At the end of the meal, the bill came was a lot less than I thought it was going to be which was a lovely surprice and pushed my thoughts on this place from a bit rubbish to very nice.
I would eat here again and would recommend.
