This hotel just a few minutes walk from the old town of Alghero and is an absolute treasure.
The staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful with all your needs and although only breakfasts are available on a daily basis you will certainly will not be disappointed!
A local cake shop provides an abundance of sweet and savoury delights for you to savour and there is Italian coffee and other hot & cold drinks available alongside fresh fruit, cereals and beautifully cooked fresh bread to go with the fresh hams & cheeses on offer.
All of this whilst seated on a delightful open air elevated breakfast patio to watch the birds go by!
Once you have sampled this fine fayre it sets you up for a walk or jog along the harbour to the old town,
a boat trip to Neptunes Grotto, or one of the many white beaches along the road to Fertillia which are beautiful and unspoilt.
But again the last word of praise is reserved for the staff. The breakfast waitresses cannot do enough to help you with yr first meal of the day, and reception and housekeeping service your everyday needs.
Our appetite for Sardinia has been enhanced by this short holiday so give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

After driving all day from Cagliari we were very happy to check in to the Hotel Angedras. The room were simply furnished and very clean. The location is a 10 min walk to the center with no hills to tackle. We were reccommended a very nice restaurant by the front desk and we would certainly consider returning here

We booked Hotel Angedras hours before driving from Cagliari so was last minute. The hotel has free parking within hotel and there is off street parking too.

We had a quadruple room for 2 adults 2 children (4 and 9) on the ground floor. The room was basic but clean. The shower was fantastic. The ground floor meant we could hear everything upstairs and outside so maybe ask for a higher room.

I do wish there were some English speaking tv channels and some tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Although there is a minibar. WiFi is good.

The reason for this is because everything closes between 1 - 7pm and because of the weather (breezy/cool around 16C) we couldn’t spend huge amounts of time at the beach nor was there anything like a shopping centre/mall near by. So needed something for kids to do besides sleep and watch something on the phone.

Breakfast was a typically Sardinian - very sweet but was plentiful.

The staff were great and helpful with alot of knowledge. The hotel is also 10-15minute walk from the centre which is easy to do as it’s a straight road.

Overall I would stay here again if I was a couple as for the price it’s great. However with the kids I think I would get something with a pool.

We stayed here a couple of nights and booked an additional night as we appreciated the hotel, location (with many of the better restaurants on the island and a lively center and beautiful seafront) and general service.
Room is very clean, well equipped, good bed, spacious and had a small balcony.

Breakfast is quite abundant in a typical Italian way (many dolces). Service is great, very professional with good English at the reception.

The city center is a small walk away, no problem for us though.

If you like a clean and neutral environment with comfortable car park in a quiet surrounding, this is the place to be. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bath is big, all floors are tiled, we had a balcony. Breakfast is nice and sufficient, staff is friendly.
The town center is a walk of about 15-20mins away which was not so nice as the weather during our stay in March was very rough.
Especially if you like a certain special flavour or a cozy atmosphere, you should not pick this hotel: it could be anywhere, there is nothing special about it at all - the walls were plain white, there was not a bit of decoration or stylish item anywhere - the overall atmosphere reminded me of a youth hostel - functional but stripped to the bare necessities. Stark contrast to the very personal, sweet and cozy B&B we were staying the nights before.
