We had dinner here. The concept of the restaurant is to use local ingredients as much as possible. We like that a lot. The waiter was very friendly but did not know anything about the wine, while it was local from a bit further into the Aosta valley. We had a starter with snails in local cheese, tasted good. The mains were also good but nothing special, it tasted good though could get some more flabour by adding some moe spices. We shared a disintegrated tiramisu, which was special but we missed a bit of alcohol in it to give it some kick. We got a local genepi on the house with our espressos, which was very generous and tasted good. It was a nice evening and we like the concept of the restaurant but the food can be made more tasty by adding more spices and making the food some more refined.
