We were hiking the Alpe and the rains were starting. We were there in May which is right in the middle of the shoulder season and most things were closed. Came across the Rauchhutte and they welcomed us in. In no time we had good beer and wine, cheese and meats. We didnt eat lunch, but the food other people had looked great. The owners were both there and were very welcoming and friendly. Would certainly go back if we are ever lucky enough to get to that part of Italy again.
