The guys who run the restaurant are very friendly. I ate there on my way to a wine-business trip - I wanted something light and at the same time tasty. I went for the braciola messinese with a salad. They were great and the salad has also some orange pieces: very refreshing solution for a hot summer day in July. The location is really nice and comfy, the thick white walls typical of an old building have paired with some green dynamic furniture. I'll come back there!

It may seem odd to eat Sicilian food in Turin, but this place was right around the corner from our hotel and we decided to give it a try. We were delighted -- great food, quite inexpensive, good wine, and friendly service. We had one "imbraciomente" (meat, chicken, fish, etc grilled on a skewer) each, along with the accompanying potato and salad, plus a serve of grilled vegetables, sparkling water, and a bottle of Sicilian wine for about 40 Euros. The meat (veal in one case, pork in the other) was done very well and the side dishes were great -- we ate every bit and left very satisfied.

We discovered this place by chance. The reception room is decorated with taste and colors and the background music is perfect.
The service was multo bene, and the meal delicious! How could we ignore the Sicilian cuisine so long?!
Especially not to hesitate for dessert, profiteroles are crazy.
An address to remember

Absolutely amazing food, caponata is indescribably good. Love being able to see all the fresh food through the glass counter. I've been telling people about it non-stop since returning to London. Amazing, friendly staff, passionate about what they're making and excited that you're loving it even if you're a slightly mad Londoner. The décor also deserves a mention, really beautiful artwork and completely unique!
