We visited this spa on the last day of our holiday (monday) so we go back home refreshed and relaxed. The spa is big with many different pools including outdoor ones. Everything was clean and we felt very refreshed by the end of it. The only issue was that none of the staff we encountered spoke any English, however most signs had an English translation which made it easier.

A fantastic way to unwind and relax after a long journey from Australia, also the "Aperitivo" available after 7.00pm is like the cherry on top of the cake. A place not to be missed

Our plan was to take a train to the coast line to get some fresh vibes from the sea and water. However when in Turin we didn't really feel like taking a long trip but stay in the city for the whole weekend.

It was a good idea since we found this secret heaven middle of the center to get the wanted vibes without long traveling time.

Our mission was to spend the whole day at the outdoor pools and enjoy the sun but luckily we also checked the indoor spa. I have never been in such a nice spa. Everything was so clean and they had so many different pools for different purposes. Traditional massage pools, color pool, Japanese treatment with a pool an scrub, hammam treatment area, vishy beads where water droplets falls on your body, cold/warm treatments, foot treatments, steam sauna etc. one of the outdoor pools had a floating function with music under the water.

If we only knew all this we would probably not taken also extra massage treatments - can't complain though, it was very relaxing. Brunch/lunch buffet was also served but we ate just before arriving so we didn't try it. Instead we enjoyed some sparkling wine and apples.

Service was super friendly and professional. I would come back any day and maybe choose Turin next time among other Italian cities just because this luxurious one day activity option.

We went to this spa with my family and we had a really good time ! It was a friday afternoon and we've had so much fun there. The buffet was perfect and it was from 6 pm- 9 pm. I will really return there. But I think the best stay will be from 5,6 pm till the midnight cause it will be tiring if you stay the whole day.

We went there on Dec 28 in the morning. After queueing about 10min at the reception for the entrance ticket, we were shortly explained how to move along the "percorso benessere" (wellness path). We started from the underground floor where the various water basins are. The place was so crowded that it was difficult to walk through the rooms. Long queues were present in front of many of the "attractions". We gave up waiting and moved on to the attractions with no queue, which were crowded anyway and not particularly exciting. Then we went to the pools in the garden. Those were the best part: we were lucky and got a spot in one of the pools. it was also sunny. The first floor, where the relax rooms are located, was not very crowded, but these rooms provide mostly beds and surfaces where to lie down and rest. not much to do there. The second floor hosts the saunas (which we could not enjoy because of some health issues) and few other crowded relax rooms. We left after a bit more than two hours. Definitely, not worth the almost 100EUR we spent for the entrance... The management should limit the number of admitted guests.
