I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by their friendly staff (who by the way the staff speak several languages). You walk into a comfy yet elegant atmosphere. Lots of seating, sweets at tables to open your appetite.
The hotel entrance is very discreet, yet their location is very convenient. Within walking distance of the Galleries, The Duomo, and Via Dante and Brera, where you will find the best fine shops, as well as street markets and a variety of art galleries.

Back to the hotel, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities you can think of. Their signature bathroom amenities are addictive.
Their doors are designed so that in case of fire, they will restrain the heat/fire out for up to 8 hours (enough to be rescued through the windows).
The hallways are dark, all lights deemed to provide privacy. The rooms are very quiet, you cannot hear any noise.
They have a beautiful terrace which you can use for breakfast, lunch, dinner or afternoon snacks.

At night, their bar gets lots of visitors and it’s a great spot to meet people or have their signature drink.

The staff is amazing and remembers your preferences... most of all, they are very discreet if you are looking for privacy.
Ask for Mauricio while you are at the restaurant or terrace, or Julio if you want a nice chat by the Concierge side.

Other five star hotels nearby are Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons, each with different styles, but nothing compares to Bvlgari.

I find the rooms are generally small, but the location is great with its amazing secluded garden. Don't expect fast service though whilst you're having drinks or food there.
As you would expect it is a magnet for fashionistas.
The Sunday brunch is expensive but worth it, buffet style, an amazing choice of delicious Italian food and wines.

Four of us just visited the Bulgari Milano Spa. We were all so excited and looking forward to a day of luxury and pampering.

We all booked massages and planned to spend time before and after our massages in the spa.

Upon arrival at the Spa, we were greeted by a very friendly young woman, and a very sour middle aged man. She was very professional and kind. He was very unfriendly, almost rude and just a bad energy about him. It was quite unpleasant.

The swimming pool is beautiful, sparkling gold mosaic tiles, perfect temperature, very nice. The wet sauna and dry sauna were both clean, but also quite small. The outdoor jacuzzi was not hot, just slightly warmer than the pool.

We all booked our massages at the same time 330pm. But they called the first one of us at about 3pm, the second and third 315pm and I was last at about 320p.

My massage and my husbands deep tissue massage were both fantastic. We were both very satisfied and happy. Both of our masseuses were fabulous.

One of the woman in our group asked her masseuse if she could take a shower before. The masseuse replied sharply, ‘if you do it will take away from your time’. My friend told her our appoints were actually at 330p and it was only 315pm. She disagreed. My friend didn’t take a shower or go to the bathroom. She was quite uncomfortable during her massage.

If it weren’t for at least the three of us having very nice massages. We would have been quite disappointed with the spa.

When we think of Bulgari, we think jewels, opulence, class and luxury.

The only element of that spa which is like that is the swimming pool. Everything else was quite typical and boring.

The dressing rooms were also quite small and cramped. There was no dryer or anything to put a wet swimsuit in. The little refreshment bar, was quite sad and actually quite cheap looking with the meager little snacks and bruised fruit.

We were all hoping for it to be as exquisite as Bulgari Jewels,,, but it simply wasn’t.

Dear Mr. Antony Maic ,

Thank you so much for your note, please do accept my most sincere apologies for your experience in the Spa.
Please rest assured that this doesn’t reflect the standards of service we thrive on, there was some miscommunication amongst the team as to when your treatments were taking place.

The Spa was envisioned with the highest attention to detail, reflecting our brands vision, bearing a total of five treatment rooms and a relative wet area.
It would be our pleasure to have you and your friend back with us to redeem ourselves, please do let us know next time you will be in Milano.

Best regards,
Attilio Marro

Warm service, lovely contemporary rooms, inviting location that feels hidden in the midst of the city. A true 5-star experience. Really loved our stay. The best comparison I see is the Aman in Tokyo - both crisp, modern, extremely luxurious- though Hotel Bulgari is much friendlier. Very well done - we look forward staying when we next visit Milan!
