Very nice small hotel well situated, 5 minutes away from main metro lines.
The superior rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and the beds are of quality.
The breakfast buffet is good price/quality.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
We recommend for a city trip, also with kids.
Thanks to the team for the warm welcome.

My wife and is stayed at Aspromonte for 2 nights as part of a trip around Italy.

This hotel is exactly what it needs to be for a short stop.

The hotel is close to a metro stop and from here it only took around 10 minutes to get to the Duomo. The room was not the biggest but was adequate considering we were out most of the day. The staff are all lovely and very helpful in giving you ideas of what to see and do.

You do seem to be a very local area here which can have its positives and negatives.

This is a 'three star' establishment in a convenient location, but I found out to my cost that the hotel’s economy rooms are very basic: more like one star (or at a stretch two, as there is air conditioning). I got put in a double economy room on the ground floor on arrival because my prepaid, pre-arranged single room on a higher floor hadn't been cleaned. The noise of doors banging through the night and staff shouting in the bar area in the morning, plus a remarkably hard mattress, allowed very little sleep. I next moved into the first floor room, which was quieter but had the same drab and austere facilities. During checkout the owner became furious and rude when I requested a refund for my first, sleepless night. Her argument appeared to be the hotel had done me a favour by providing a room at all. The impression given was that in her view economy room guests are getting a cheap deal, so they have nothing to complain about. If the owner were to put some money into improving these inferior rooms - which aren’t really that much of a bargain compared to rooms in other hotels in the vicinity - perhaps she might start to respect the guests staying in them. I can't recommend staying here, either for a good night's sleep or for customer service.

This hotel is good for its price. Friendly staff, clean and secure. My only issue is that it is very far from everything, but it's not that big of a deal since there is a metro and it's cheap. Air con in the room was good. The shower was falling apart but still worked.
