The room we had was really small, but very clean. The bathroom is also really small. We had a big balcony, with city view.

It`s not far from city center, but not very close either.

The receptionist couldn`t find our booking, but he was very kind and accommodated us until this got sorted out.

Breakfast is good and the staff is great.

Location is close to the metro station, that's a big plus. Our room was small but alright. Bed was really comfi, airco worked good. Bathroom is extremly uncomfortable, if you are sitting on the toilet you literally don't have enough space to put your feet on the floor because of the shower which has the weirdest doorsystem I ever saw.
Breakfast was nice, everything was fresh, lot of options.

Here's the story with the room: we had 2 single beds. They are small, but comfortable enough. The AC did not blow very coolly, but we could sleep. It was on full blast all night and we just used a sheet. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was pretty awkward. I'm imagining if you have a few extra pounds, the strange angle of the shower will give you a few problems.
On the plus side, the girl at the front, Jada, was great. Very helpful in suggesting a place to eat, and giving us tips for Milan. The included breakfast was pretty legit: we had 3-4 hard boiled eggs each and some fruit. It looked like you could order an omelette if you wanted. There are 2 types of juices, muesli, and bread as well.

The hotel would get a 3 if not for Jada. It looks much more posh when you walk in then when you walk into your room. We were on the second level.

Located in center Milan, it is a fine hotel near "quadrilatero de la moda". Clean, with a good breakfast, very comfortable beds and nice staff. The bathroom is not big but it serve perfectly. Prices are way atractive.

I get that hotels want to cut out the middle man with booking websites, but really, there were signs everywhere to book directly with them and the rates would be cheaper etc. Even in the room itself. Well if you want me to come back and book directly with the hotel, then work a little harder on customer service. One word answers to questions and charging for a city map is a little ridiculous. When we checked in the front desk clerk was annoyed that we wanted to wait for our passports to be copied and not come back to get them. He actually told my husband that he didn't have time to copy them at that moment (there were no other guests checking in or out at that moment).
The room and the bathroom were clean.
