After doing a lot of research about hotels in Milan, I thought I’d try an apartment for a change, since there were 3 of us and it would be cheaper than getting two rooms in a hotel. It was a great choice, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

It's right in the city centre, within 10 minutes’ walk of the shops, but in a quiet area so that you can have a great night’s sleep. There are several very nice restaurants nearby, as well as an absolutely *amazing* cocktail bar (Nottingham Forest on Viale Piave).

Michela, the owner, was lovely and very helpful. She met us at the door, gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. It’s clear that she and her family are interested in design, because the place elegant with beautiful features, like a quirky bookshelf, red flowers winding up the wall, and an arty chair in the corner.

It is fully equipped with maps of the city and a folder full of information about nice places to eat, categorized according to which district they’re in. There's a fully stocked fridge, fresh muffins and fruit, a box of chocolates and a variety of different coffees and teas. The coffee machine was great!

I stayed here in June for 5 nights and would love to go back.
