The restaurant is situated down a small road off a shopping street. My husband, our two friends & I all had chicken scallopini with lemon and it was served with chips. The chicken was perfectly cooked. It was so delicious we asked for, and were given, the recipe. My husband is particularly fussy about chips & he thoroughly enjoyed his, as did I. Everything was freshly cooked and service was friendly & good. The prices were very reasonable & the ambience, sitting outside on a lovely warm evening, was lovely. A very enjoyable experience.

We stayed at a hotel on the same street and pressed by time before our concert decided to have a dinner quickly. The place was not full and had very friendly staff. We all ordered tuna stakes and .. we got two each. It was very tasty. This is the plus of visiting small towns and places not made especially for tourists

We were looking for a satisfying but quick lunch stop in Cremona while visit the Museum of the Violin. We came across this place and it looked appealing and we grabbed an outdoor table. Osteria Bolero offered us a good selection of menu options. We choose for two type of Risotto. One with Brie cheese and Asparagus. The other with Taleggio cheese and pear. Both were plate sized portions and very tasty.

Add in some water and wine and some mixed grilled vegetables and you have a good lunch served quick. An espresso afterwards and we were back to the museum. Give it a try.

We could´nt find a restaurant while visiting Cremona so we asked a local lady on the street for an advice. She showed us this place and we were dilighted. It was exactly what we were looking for.

All the tables were occupied (good sign) so we had to wait about 20 min. This small restaurant is located in a lovely little street. Offering about 10 pasta dishes, 10 different salads and some sandwiches - everything for less than 10 EUR. Big serves, simple but very good tasting dishes.
