Their specialty is grilled meat and they market as Argentinean style restaurant.
All grilled meat is cooked on the outside bbq and is then served on small trays heated by hot coals
The restaurant is rather large and can accommodate a lot of people and large groups. No need for s reservation, even weekend of Friday evenings unless you are a large group.
They offer a variety of menu items:
From the grilled meats of various cuts (their specialty), to pasta, risotto, gnocchi dishes, pizzas.
Meat is fantastic, the next best thing to a good Texas steak house.
Pizza is average. If you want excellent pizza there are much better places,
My favorite meat is "tagliata", you chose the meat cut (fillet, sirloin, rump etc) grilled rare, thinly sliced, served on a bed of arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan)
They also have very convenient combo menu. Particularly the empanadas appetizer that are combined to some dishes.
Finding the place may be challenging, you need to enter inside the courtyard of one of the historical building in Borgo Santa Caterina road.
They have inside and outside seating area
Staff is very nice and friendly, service is very efficient and fast.
It is one of the few restaurant that don't charge the hated "coperto" fee and you can have tap water for free, unlike everyone else that offer only expensive bottled water.
