The accommodation was good and clean and ideal for a 1 night stop over. M was very responsive to our emails. There is the best little cafe within walking distance and specially made us a toasted sandwich when all else was closed.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was clean, cool, light and modern and there was everything we needed to cook and eat meals each day. The bathroom was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the use of patio space and french doors to open. I was very impressed also with the security of the building and felt very safe at night. The supermarket was just a 5 minute walk away, as was the main bus stop into the centre of Bergamo.
There are only a couple of negatives really -
Firstly, some more bedding/towels/shower mats/bin liners would have been helpful - we stayed for 2 weeks and there were 3 of us staying, but we were low on some items (for example 2 pillows for 3 people!) and only one bath mat, which became saturated for the duration of our stay.
Secondly, on arrival into the apartment, there was no note, or welcome pack from the host, detailing what she was expecting from her guests, or information on the refuse and recycling for example - my fiance spent the best part of an hour searching the whole premises inside and out for where to put rubbish bags and we could not find any communal bins - we noticed some neighbours had left them on the street, so we had no choice but to do the same... So, a little information pack would be really useful and I am sure future guests would find it useful too! We left our lake timetables and local maps for the next guests to use!
Other than that, a lovely place and a happy customer!
