This is a lovely hotel and in a good location close to the train station (5 minute walk). Room was small with a lovely bathroom and nice shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and had lots of everything. Would recommend this hotel for a visit to Bergamo as very handy for airport and train station. Close to lots of nice restaurants and a great location in the city. Would recommend Bergamo to anyone, was very nice and very beautiful.

Great location!
Great room - crisp white bed linen, great bed. Lovely bathroom with good quality towels.
Good breakfast - great choice of berries, nuts etc with yoghurt along with salami, cheese, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and yes.. scrambled egg and bacon (for those who can't live without it!)
Reception staff were superb! - nothing was too much trouble.
Very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel. Not got any charm but that wasn't something we expected and we only stayed for one night! Very comfortable bed/pillows and very helpful staff. Breakfast was decent too (standard continental fare)

For the price we paid (c. £60) I would totally recommend.

Good location in the lower city, nice and efficient receptionist. The room is quiet, breakfast is ok: fresh fruits and pastries, juices with a little water... /The breakfast was better in other NH Hotel./ Nearby are several good restaurants, shops etc on the main street.

The design of the low-lying hotel is not very adequate: only a few rooms have nice view to the upper city. The long pillow was uncomfortable for us. Tiles of the floor in the bathroom were stained.

Room Tip: Quiet rooms, nicer view on the side of upper town.

Decor was not up to the usual NH standard (eg marks on corridor carpets, dated room design). However as the price was a lot lower than other city centre NH hotels, I felt it represented excellent value for money.

Efficient, friendly service. Good location, about 10 min walk to the fenicular for the old town or a few minutes on the bus. Breakfast wonderful - best coffee of any NH we've stayed in and the 'peach' area was a cute addition to the usual breakfast items.
