This place is not the easiest to find, you have to go up the hills on a road that runs by the entrance to the highway. It's a simple trattoria, with a good choice of pasta dishes and even fish, but their forte are the pizzas, They are thin-crusted and very wide, with a wonderful balance of crisp and soft. As pizza lovers know, there are intangible factors that make a really great one. The quality of the ingredients is of course of fundamental importance, on so is the quality of the oven, but then it comes down to the ability of the pizza maker. I had a simple margherita, the standard by which I judge all pizzas, and I found it absolutely wonderful.
