My wife and I stayed her July 3-5th and this place certainly worth it in the town of Monterosso.

First off, its just a short 5 min. walk from the train station so no big deal there and that's actually great. Second when you walk to the hotel, just after out come out of the tunnel its on YOUR LEFT!!!! if you go under the train bridge, you missed it!

The hotel has a nice little breakfast area and small bar at the front with check-in. There is an elevator and a stair way to all the floors. Our room was looking straight out to the ocean/bay area and was super nice. Although just a little smaller the room was just plenty for my wife and I, along with a great closet space we had no issues. There is a couple of chairs that we pulled close to the window, which opens wide to beach, great for night time to hear the ocean waves (also this window is thick, sound proof for day time noise) Small TV in corner. Shower is great as well.

Everyone here is super nice! Emauela is great communications with emails, check-ins, and helps server breakfast. Their breakfast is also pretty great with fruit, pasties, coffee, espresso, etc, and they can make you eggs. I was certainly not disappointed.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for location, comfort, and great people.
This hotel is also really close to all the shops, restaurants, etc, just as you cross under the train bridge.

I wish we had more time to stay there!
Cheers!
~John

Room Tip: Ocean window views, free internet, free breakfast, close to train station

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Monterosso. The hotel Pasquale offers a fantastic location, but the family run business is what makes this place so great. We stayed for 3 nights in sea view rooms with our 3 children (2 rooms). Breakfast was the best we had while on holidays, everything was meticulously clean and the staff were happy and could not do more for you. Rooms are compact but lovely.
Would highly recommend this property.

I loved this hotel. It was easy access to the train station, easy access to the beach and the town. The staff were exceptional, so friendly. The room were clean and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The town Monterosso di Mare in Cinque Terra was the highlight of our trip to Italy and we could not have asked for a better hotel and location than Hotel Pasquale. It's located right across from the beach in the old town (best area) and very close to the ferry landing (so convenient to visit the other towns). Being so near the beach, best restaurants, and shops was great for our entire group. We (especially our kids) loved being able to walk across the street and swim. The hotel itself was updated with very comfortable rooms and amazing sea views. We had a 'family room' that accommodated our two girls (10 and 12) with their own adjacent room w/twin beds which gave them a sense of privacy while still being all together. Each morning, the hotel served a great breakfast including made to order eggs, buffet, and cappuccinos. The owners were always present, extremely attentive, and helpful. Emanuela (the matriarch of the family) gave us a private lesson on how to make the best pesto...even though the hotel was busy she still made time for us. We also enjoyed drinking spritzes on the hotel patio while taking in all that was happening around us. Five stars and it will be top of the list for our next visit (which will no doubt happen again thanks to this wonderful experience)!

Room Tip: Definitely ask for a sea view room or the 'family' room if you have young kids.

Our stay at Hotel Pasquale was beyond amazing. We had a family room with views of the sea. Our room was beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom. The hotel staff and family couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - we had an issue with our car tire at the beginning of our stay and the owner of the hotel went out of his way to help us get the car tire replaced so that we could be back on the road at the end our stay. The breakfast was exceptional. Drinks in the evening before dinner - perfect. Thank you Emanuela!! We joined my brother's family for this part of our holiday and had the time of our lives. I can't wait to come back and stay again!!!

Room Tip: Internet was included. The car was well looked after in a locked lot but would have been easy to get to the hotel by train.
