Everything about this hotel is 'as advertised' except that the promised sauna and turkish bath were closed. Unfortunately, this (and the secure parking) was the feature that had attracted us to pay such a high price for accommodation in Parma in the first place. Perhaps that is why the closure was not advertised during the booking process, as it would have deterred us from booking here. At any rate, the breakfast buffet was very good, with cappuccino's available to order from the serving staff. The front desk gentleman, Stefano, was very courteous and helpful in recommending restaurants as well as helping us with any other information we were seeking. Everything is walking distance from the hotel, and we were picked up/dropped off at the door for our Cheese tour. The lighting switches were a bit tricky to get used to, but once we figured it all out it was good. Good linens and bedding. Wifi worked well in the room.
