Conveniently situated between the cathedral and the museums, this small eatery offers a choice of different pasta dishes, a bit of meat, brown rice, and lots of pre-cooked vegetables. Just what we were looking for at lunchtime after too many heavy meals in Bologna! The staff were very friendly and helpful, although I don't think they speak any English - you can go a long way just by pointing at things. The food is piled onto plastic plates, heated up and delivered to you. There's a small uncluttered eating area to the side plus some high stools. Beer (bottled), wine and water are also available. A very pleasant experience in this delightful city.
