The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the centre of Bologna down some wide streets (apart from the first 2-3 minutes) so is much closer than you think from the map. The main reception area is in a converted chapel and is quite interesting compared to a normal hotel. The room we got was pleasant enough, nice bathroom, a little warm but the air conditioning sorted that out.
The breakfast was nice enough, staff attentive enough, in short, it was all ok, nothing bad or great.
The stand out element was that for us, it was around 20-30 euros a night cheaper than anywhere in the centre, so was pretty good value. I mean it wasn't amazing, but there was also nothing i'd look back and say was awful, so a decent 3/5.More
