We visited the place when we were for a conference. The atmosphere is cozy and nice. The food was good.
My wife tried a pizza that she knew and according to her taste, the was not very good. However, I let myself be surprised by a Pizza I did not know. That was really nice and I enjoyed it.
The personel know English a bit and there was no English menu. They were not very fast and we had to wait a bit till they come to us. However, they were nice people nd tried to help.
To summary: it was nice and cozy place with good food. I attached the pics

Recommended by our hotel just down the street. When we walked in we were looked up and down several times, we were told it would be an hour wait even though one third of the tables were empty and remained empty during our 40 minute wait. We had had a long day and just wanted to eat and go to bed and made the mistake of ordering take away. 40 minutes later, after having to ask how long it would be, the pizza had been clearly ready for some time. By the time we walked 2 minutes back to the hotel, the pizza was soggy and to be honest, the worst pizza of our two week vacation. A note to the owners: Everyone understands reservations and being booked up, but to look people up and down, pause, make a face, screw up your nose and shake your head? How could we interpret that as anything but "you aren't European, so go away"?

I arrived in Bologna after an 8hr delay and was, as you can imagine very hungry, so I chose a restaurant close to my apartment which happened to be Pizzeria Jari.

I chose the tuna with onion pizza to start and then fritto Misto with chips for my main and half litre of red wine. When it comes to the pizza with Tuna, I have found they can be hit and miss in Bologna as they never put lots of tuna or onion on and they put too much cheese and this was the case at Jari.

There is a fantastic restaurant that make the perfect tonno e cipollo pizza but it was to far after a long delay.

Despite being hungry I never really enjoyed the pizza and decided to leave half to take away. The main course of fritto Misto arrived which was nice but I was confused as to why there was an apple in the middle of the plate which clearly doesn’t go with the fish. Very Odd.

We went there. Twice! That's how nice the place is :). The food is really good. The staff are very friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay with the 2 yo son as comfortable as possible. The place fills quickly, so I;d come early or call to book a table. We had pizzas and pastas and desserts and they are all strongly recommended.

We managed to get in the Jari at short notice, but it does fill up in there, so I'd recommend booking first.
My first Wholemeal Pizza was actually very nice, although I do like to eat pizza by picking up the slices, but this wasn't possible, it did taste really nice though.
They gave us the wine list, & we opted for a bottle of Rose', but they didn't have it in stock, which threw us a bit, we then felt rushed into choosing something else then on the quick.
