We had a wonderful weekend in Bologna in January and the highlight for us was spending the morning shopping for ingredients in the market and learning to cook some classic regional dishes. We were ably looked after by the charming Carlo and he made the experience for us really wonderful. We made fresh Tortelloni, Ragu, and a delicious and much easier than I thought Tiramisu. We enjoyed a great lunch accompanied by some delicious wine and left with many happy memories
