This is a lovely hotel in Ancona, well-located in the centre close to the sea, great breakfast, friendly staff and very comfortable. Lots of good places nearby to eat. Highly recommended when visiting Ancona.

A good and clean hotel in the nice town of Ancona (Marche). It is not my first experience with this hotel, and I've always found friendly and familiar hospitality.
It is very well positioned, town center at walking distance, with lots of shops and interesting places to visit.
Good breakfast, TV, comfortable bathroom and good mattresses. No noise.
Only inconvenience: second floor, no lift. But for the rest a good quality hotel, and not expensive.
One more favourable point: a very good restaurant (good prices and very good food) a few steps away. Don't miss it!

Pretty average hotel, rooms an ok size but pretty basic, air conditioning didnt work, no minibar, and non existant wifi. To top it all iff staff were rude when asked about the wifi and aircon
Small cramped breakfast room with not much to offer.
I would avoid.

Located in a nice central area of the city. Very alive during the day and quietly in the night. The Hotel is on the second floor of a old Palace (no elevator is available). Very homey reception, warm and cozy ambiance. Friendly welcome from the receptionist who has give me all necessary information. The room is was quiet small and tired but very clean. I could smell the freshness of the linen on the bed and in the bathroom. Flat TV screen on the wall. Two bottle of mineral waters are placed on the desk. In the bathroom the amenities are minimal which i suggest to improve. The breakfast was served in a small room where a buffet was prepared. Good quality of food and juices. Coffee excellent! Two lovely and friendly Ladies are running the Hotel. All together a good place to stay for a weekend in the central Ancona.

When thinking back to this cozy hotel, there is not a single thing I can fault. It is very clean, very quiet, has a large bed (mind you, we got the room with the bed which is very wide, like a Super King size, there are also rooms with narrower beds), a wonderful sweet and savoury breakfast and it is 10 minutes on foot from the pedestrianised city centre. In particular, often in Italy it is difficult to find a good savoury breakfast as almost everyone eats only sweets there. But not here, there were very good croissants filled with Parma ham, salami and cheese. And, when getting out of the main entrance, 50 metres to the right there is a pizzeria where one can buy take-away pizza. The walk to the centre is also very pleasant, along the wide avenue lined with trees and little traffic. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!
