First of all, the owner needs to be more clear in his ad. Nadine was very helpful, and the apt is very centrally located. Please note that you are renting a room in nadines apt where he lives daily. There are 2 rooms and a loft where he lives. There is only 1 bathroom for possibly 5 or more people. Lighting is not good. Be prepared to pay city tax of 3.50 euros per head per day. No microwave either. There are some odd cooking smells in the apt. Would I stay again? Sorry, I wouldn't.

i am sorry i made you pay the city tax because if i had not done it you probably would have written that i came to meet you at the station, that i accompany back to the station for your departure when it was still dark outside, probably that the room is clean and a big window lets in lots of sun etc etc. anyway .......

Good Value
As long as you only need one room and are happy to share facilities it is good value for money. The owner and flatmate is very obliging. It is close to all the main sites. We used it as a base and were out lots so it suited is us fine.

Really close to Colosseum and other beautiful places
Apartment is nice and the owner is very good person, who will give recommendation about all you need. We had pleasure to stay here and to visit Rome.
