The Palm Gallery is a boutique hotel within a 10 minute cab ride of either ancient Rome or the main train station. The thing that stands out about the hotel is the personalized service. The staff greets you at check-in with a glass of Prosecco and a snack, and they bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Both Daniel and Vincenzo were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed visiting with Vincenzo. They provided a map of the city and highlighted locations and restaurants nearby. They provided great restaurant recommendations, and during our 14 day stay in Italy they provided the best inclusive breakfast that we had on our trip. They had a pleasant outdoor deck where we had drinks several times during our stay.

Palm Gallery is located around 30 minutes walk (or a short bus ride) from the more tourist heavy areas of Rome, making it an oasis of calm in the city. The staff are helpful, friendly and personable, particularly in giving us some of their tips for attractions or where to eat in the city. The hotel is stylish, with a light personal touch - whether enjoying the thoughtful breakfast, or an evening glass of wine on the terrace, our time at the hotel was a total pleasure.

Really nice boutique hotel, linked well to City Centre by Tram, Bus and Metro. Staff are friendly and very forthcoming with information. Breakfast is great in the mornings. Highly recommend for someone is looking to stay in a quiet area away from the expensive bars and restaurants.

Hotel has a cool outdoor area to have drinks on and also a swimming pool, which was unfortunately not open for our stay. We were also provided with a complimentary room upgrade. I had a very positive experience staying here.

Fantastic hotel in beautiful residential neighborhood in Rome. We loved staying somewhere that offered advice on local restaurants and best places to shop. Only a few minutes from city center by bus or tram, all of which was detailed with a map and time table on arrival!

We LOVED spending our evenings at Palm Gallery Hotel in will return the next time we are in Rome!

Room Tip: We got a room with a lovely garden terrace that gave us extra outdoor privacy and a beautiful view.

Mansion style building in a quiet residential area with a roof terrace. The pool was out of action as we visited in April but we loved having this place as our base in room. So peaceful, compared to the buzz of the city. Daniel in particular was a delight - made us feel very welcome, went out of his way to help us when we need change for the parking meter and wheat free breakfast items (I guess we were slightly high maintenance guests!). Giving it four out of five as the shower and bathroom fittings could have been better and there are no in-room tea and coffee making facilities (unless I'm mistaken). We'd definitely stay here again. Comfy bed and nice garden terrace for chilling out in. Welcome prosecco on arrival and city tips from Daniel was a really nice touch.

Room Tip: If you get a room with a terrace it's a lovely spot for a glass of wine. There's a swing seat on the roof terrace which is good for reading a book on.
