Sat outside for a late lunch, we enjoyed a shared platter of meat and cheese. Lasagne was perfect ( very cheesy) followed by a tiramisu which was served in a terracotta pot. Inside, the air conditioned restaurant interesting. Most importantly there were male and female toilets that were clean.
Would definitely return.

We came here for lunch on a sunny day. All the servants seemed very stressed out. We ordered tab water and we were brought bottled water and told they did not serve bottled water (the water in Rome is potable and very good). We ordered oysters that were delicious and linguine. When we asked for Parmesan for the pasta we were chided and told that it was not customary for seafood pasta.

A chance find that gave the ideal end to a week of good food by topping everything experienced so far.
Cosmopolitans and red wine while waiting for a table, prosciutto & mozzarella and Italian meat balls for starters; veal, lasagne and lamb for mains. All served attractively and enjoyed to the last crumb. Tiramisu, panna cotta and warm chocolate cake for dessert followed by espresso to close.
The food is wonderful, the staff helpful and interested and all round a great experience on a warm clear evening.

We stumbled across this place on our first night in Rome. We were seated outside - where mostly one waiter hustled to take care of all the outdoor tables, which he did very well. We tried the focaccia as well as the Bucatini all' Amatriciana and Spaghetti alla Carbonara which were all fantastic! A great start to some amazing pasta in Italy!
