Just as pictured, the apartment is clean and well stocked. It was quiet when we were there and we slept very comfortably. It is just steps away from the National Archaeological Museum, which was my reason for going to Naples. There are plenty of good, cheap pizzerias in the neighborhood. Annalisa is very attentive to her guests. The neighborhood is not tourist-y, so you feel like you are experiencing real Naples. Just be street-savvy.
Residential neighbourhood, full of character in the old town, near to metro. Authentic Milanese experience. Ideal for family as long as children are happy to climb the step ladder and sleep on the platform.
The apartment was as in the photos, clean and was enough space for the three of us. We were met at the apartment and given basic local information. Our driver did have a bit of trouble finding the apartment so it was good to have the phone number of the person who was meeting us at the apartment to guide the driver to it. We walked to most places we wanted to see – metro stations being about 10 mins walk and the main station being the furthest away and that was about a 20 minute walk. I think all of Naples can be noisy and this apartment wasn’t spared with local noise going through to the early hours of the morning – however, we were pretty tired after a day’s sightseeing and slept perfectly fine anyway. There are small mini-markets all around, but we ate out and about and there is no shortage of places to eat. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again. We also very much recommend seeing Pompei and Mount Vesuvius.

We were met by the lovely owners who guided us through all the details of the splendid apartment - even leaving us lovely essentials in the fridge along with superb local pastries. Sited only five minutes from either of two train stations, you couldn't ask for better although the building is on a steep hill. Access to the apartment is simple as it is on the ground floor of a magnificent coutyarded building. We travelled as a four with two 20 year old children. They loved it too!!
Our family of four was comfortable in the apartment. The beds were good and the aircon and ceiling fans appreciated as Naples was very hot during our 2 night stay. Annalisa and Renato greeted us in a warm way and with delicious pastries. Buzzing neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and basic shops, a short walk to 2 metro stops and to the beautiful old city area. The apartment is located in a lovely old palace and doesn't have a lot of natural light but this isn't an issue in hot weather.
