The staff was fantastic - offering us services well above our expectations. The highlight of our stay was the super positive and super polite staff - THANK YOU!
I also see other reviews here regarding safety of the location, cleanliness and noise.
Regarding safety or cleanliness it's clear that people with such an oppinion don't know Napoli - it's not as clean as other Italian cities. The area where the hotel is situated is way more CLEANER and SAFER than most other parts in the city.
The hotel is situated right next to the railway tracks and despite this - there is MINIMUM noise in the room if the windows are shut.
I would stay again here and I would also recommend it!

A basic functional budget hotel. The staff were polite and very helpful. Our hotel room is huge and clean with depressing view, the train track and a dilapidated building. While it is located in central very close to Central train station and Metro, I find the exact location of the hotel not nice there were lots of dodgy looking people outside the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you need a place for overnight stay in Naples

This hotel was pretty good, service was good, the room was basic. Aircon wasn't working in the first room but we were moved without issue. Parking was confusing - basically the only option was a valet parking garage situation but we had no major issues with it. It is nearby to some of the main downtown areas (Walking distance to a few famous pizza places). The centre part of Naples is pretty dodgy, fairly dirty a lot of "characters".
