Amazing experience with hospitality and consideration at the heart. The room is better in person, with comfort as a priority. Spotless clean and breakfast was an added bonus.

It is Naples, so inside an old building...BUT once inside, it is super clean and safe. Best part was the staff. They are extremely helpful. They stayed connected on phone, and took care of everything (restaurant recommendations and reservations), reservations for tours, and even helped with some copies I needed for work. No restaurant on property, but they bring breakfast to the room and surrounded by places where you can find food to eat. 5 Stars for Marco and his entire team.

My wife and I stayed at the Dimora Duomo for ten days in April 2024 and were very pleased with our stay, we would happily return.
The Dimora Duomo is not a conventional hotel, rather it is a collection of rooms in an apartment building in downtown Naples. There is no front desk, restaurant, etc. We did not miss these things. Staff was always reachable and responsive via WhatsApp, and breakfast was delivered to the room daily on time and as ordered.
Our room seemed to have been renovated recently. It and the en suite were in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels new. Most importantly for light sleepers, the renovation did not skimp on the windows, which were high quality and managed to block nearly all street noise, an accomplishment in a bustling 24/7 city like Naples.
The building is conveniently located downtown, within walking distance of much of what a visitor would like to see.

Very central location. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The only downside was having to order breakfast the evening before as it was served in the room.
As the rooms are on the fifth floor the rather ancient lift was essential!

A wonderful hotel in the center of Napoli.
Great location, near centro storico, metro restaurants, shopping and the ferry to islands.
The hotel is very clean and bright. Perfect tided up every day!
Good breakfast delivered to your room at the time you asked for.
A small kitchen and small balcony.
If you need anything Marco is always awailable to help you in the best way!
Napoli is a wonderful vibrant city with much to see and do.
All peaple are very helpful and friendly.
We stayed for 8 nights and are already longing back.
When we go back we will choose Dimora Duomo for sure!!!!!!
