The hotel is in a convenient location if you need to be close to the port or are taking the hydrofoil over to other islands/areas of Italy.

Unfortunately we mainly dealt with one staff member on reception during check in and check out, she was abrupt and rude.

The room: The room was large and very spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was average. The air conditioning worked well. Two complimentary cans of water are provided in the room fridge. If you require more water this can be purchased at the vending machine in the hotel for 1.50 euro. The room provided the basics for a good sleep.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. There are many rules and regulations, make sure to read the signage at reception during check in. Big Brother is watching.

I mistakenly booked my stay for August instead of September and realized the error immediately. I contacted the hotel the same day, hoping they would assist me in changing the dates, but their response was extremely disappointing. I didn’t ask for a refund—just a simple date change—but they refused outright. I had already paid €100, and with plenty of notice, they still declined to help. Their disregard for customer service and professionalism is shocking. Adjusting the booking should have been a simple process, but they refused. Completely unacceptable!

This is a decent hotel not far from the centre of Naples.

The hotel is on the port, and regularly has cruise ships next to it. This isn’t an issue but can be quite interesting to watch!

The reception staff were friendly. The hotel does have a lot of rules but they aren’t unreasonable as long as you read them.

The free breakfast is also decent. Good selection of sweet treats, toast and some hot food.

The room was decent in size and a nice bathroom. The bar is also worth a visit.

Would definitely return!
