Value for money hotel in Naples…accessible and walking distance to the town center… amenities can be improved but overall experience was good. There is no bathroom drain in the toilet and water from shower tends to overflow. Front desk people were good at what they do…friendly and competent 👌🤗

Very noisy hotel with rude reception employees, and be aware that there is ants, flies and butterflies in the room as shown in the photos and videos. And when i told the reception they said it’s fine to have ants,flies and butterflies inside the room!!! And when I informed the reception my booking was cancelled on booking.com although I’m writing from my room just not to let me write a review on booking.com, They don’t know that i can write on trip advisor and I’m a blogger i have 210K followers. Also you have to ask the reception to start the A/C. The outer gate is closed around 8 pm, you have to tell the security guy that you are staying at the hotel then he will open the gate for you. Plus when i enter the hotel with a pizza box in my hand she asked me that it is not allowed to eat pizza in the room and when I’m done i must call the reception to collect the box from my room !! So even if you are planning to eat a banana you must call the reception to collect it :)) Staying again? Of course nope never ever.

I have just got home from a 4 day break at Smart Hotel Naples we loved it. Our room overlooked the harbour which we loved. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable we both slept well. Shower room was large and clean. Staff at the hotel were helpful and polite. This hotel is central to the hustle and bustle of Naples but quite at night.

After some messing around with our reservation we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly welcome, clean modern rooms - and a great breakfast selection The front desk staff were very helpful and the hotel is in the Maritime building which made it very convenient for day trips to the Amalfi and bus trips around Naples - just remember to request that the air con be turned on from the main desk if you require it.

Francesco and Alfonso are 2 of the most amazingly friendly people we have met on our 2 week trip from the north to the south. They run the MOLO 10 restaurant located as you walk into the lobby and they couldn’t be more amazing. They make a great drink but are better people! They helped to make sure our last few hours of Italy were truly memorable!!
