Francesco and Alfonso are 2 of the most amazingly friendly people we have met on our 2 week trip from the north to the south. They run the MOLO 10 restaurant located as you walk into the lobby and they couldn’t be more amazing. They make a great drink but are better people! They helped to make sure our last few hours of Italy were truly memorable!!

Our ferry was cancelled on the departure day and we had to change our accommodation plans last minute. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful in modifying our reservation to the new departure date despite the rate booked was non-refundable. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is always my first choice for when cruising from Naples. The location is extremely convenient as it’s within the terminal building which makes embarkation day more straightforward.
The hotel is accessible from the airport the airport, and the central train station by regular and reasonably priced shuttle bus.
The staff here are wonderful and welcoming. They all are friendly, and go out of their way to make things easier and take the time to explain things patiently and clearly. I also enjoy eating at the hotel restaurant which serves delicious local specialty dishes. I would also recommend it for the end of a cruise if onward travel isn’t until the next day.

Smart Hotel Naples
We chose this hotel based on location and we were within walking distance to the centre of Naples. Standard Room was fantastic, with a large bathroom, sitting area and separate bedroom which could be closed off. Only grumble was there wasn’t anywhere in bathroom to hang towels.
What made the hotel really brilliant was the reception staff, cannot praise them enough. They were so helpful, friendly and lovely, particular mention to Alesandra and Francesca.
Although breakfast was the same every day, there was always lots to choose from and the staff were lovely and helpful.
Definitely glad that we stayed there.
