Nice hotel situated in the centre, convenient location in an old palazzo. Room was not huge but very quiet with good AC. Some minor problems in the bathroom (darkened caulking, paint peeling off in some parts) but nothing really problematic. The staff is super nice and really helpful. Breakfast is of very good quality. The rooftop is a nice addition. We went to 4 different hotels in Naples and the Amalfi Coast, the Santa Chiara was overall the best. Other hotels we went to may have a larger room, a better view or a more luxurious feel, some at 3 times the Santa Chiara's price, but they all suffer from at least one major problem (noise, awful smell in bathroom, weird shower system or average breakfast, shutters not really opaque...). The Santa Chiara had none of those problems and delivers on its promise at a very reasonable rate. We slept well and had a good time. Recommended.

We loved and enjoyed our stay in this fully refurbished s.XVI hotel. The room was big and spacious for our whole family, the personal very polite and helpful and the food from the breakfast delicious. We enjoyed a nice moment also in their terrace with 360 view over Napoli.
Well situated for a short stay at Napoli.

Very convenient location to explore the old town. The hotel staff are one of the nicest I have seen.
