We stayed just 2 nights in Sorrento and selected this hotel for its location.
In the heart of the shopping area of Sorrento surrounded by many restaurants and other Palaces where you can also enjoy a drink on their terraces.
We took a deluxe room with French Balcony and it was comfortable and large enough. We were on the street (small) 100 meters from the cliff and the sea.
If you care for noise in the morning at 7h30 when the streets get animated you should ask for a quieter room but it was not a problem for us. The hotel offer a drink service around 18h00 in their patio/terrace.
Staffs were nice and friendly.
Breakfast in the morning was OK without being extraordinary and we felt that it lacked a bit of choice for this hotel class. But again nothing to worry about.

Excellent stay, excellent rooms. Breakfast was a highlight, as were complimentary drinks on the terrace every day. The only thing that could make it better would be if they had an arrangement with another hotel to use their pool or swimming dock/lounge.

What attracted me first of all about this restaurant was it was such a beautiful building. We were offered a table in the doorway which was stunning. Food was excellent, staff were very attentive and their knowledge of wine was great and the wine they chose for us was superb (local). It really was a lovely location, how I feel eating in Italy should be.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and loved every minute!

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very pretty and clean, the actual hotel was quite stunning and the location was perfect, close to everything.

The hotel has a happy hour from 6-7 with complimentary drinks for visitors, we made some great friends here.

Also the breakfast was delicious.

My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
