Yes indeed, this is one of the best places I have stayed in Valencia. The property is located in the heart of the city. There are many places to choose from to go for lunch and even if the property is completely equipped with a kitchen allowing for all the cooking, the restaurants recommended around offered great quality food for an amazing prize. The quality price for the appartment as well as for the places recommended, whether to go for a night out or a perfect meal are worth going to. The beach is reachable by metro , just crossed the bridge from the Torres de Serrano (very near to the property - instructions given in the property as well) and take metro directly to the beach. Also, the once great river of the city El Turia, whcih is now an immense park , also leading you to the Oceanographic and most beautiful attractions of the city can be reached by walking through that amazing river for a couple of kilometres only (a 20 minutes walk). I highly recommend a stay in this place if you want to get to know Valencia and have a few days to spare in a place that offers great quality for a reasonable price. Other places I have been were cheaper but the quality was not there. In this place you are not missing anything. No wonder is called 'Quality Place'. Being at the centre of town parking is difficult but you can still park for a few minutes in an adjacent street to unload suitcases. A paying car park is not far for the property and you can get a reduction if you stay more than three days. Extremely comfortable beds :-)
