A nice welcome, and friendly staff explained the necessary info.
A fresh clean room and nice en-suite with a comfy bed with clean crisp linen. A balcony view over the surrounding streets below.
The pool wasn't open just yet, the weather being a tad chilly unfortunately.
Plenty choice of restaurants nearby, and evening meals in the hotel are truly filling. The soup was so substantial it was like a three course meal in itself. Our main course also so tasty I was adamant I was going to finish it. Which of course meant we had no room for dessert unfortunately as it all looked so delicious.
So coffee and liqueur it was.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a good choice of cereals and cooked, but not expansive.
Access has about ten steps to the front door or an initially steep but then gradually sloping wheelchair/suitcase access.
The staff are cheery, helpful and chatty when they aren't too busy, and interesting to talk to as they aren't always local.
A nice place to stop over for a week. More
