Was very surprised on how clean the room was and you can smell the cleanliness. Quite a walk from any life though. Got a taxi most days back didn't eat any food there but the bar was ok. The shower was amazing and the reception is very helpful.

Brilliant apartments not suitable for people who struggle with walking as they are up a steep hill ,but that is the only negative. These apartments are kept spotlessly clean are very roomy and have a large balcony . The staff are excellent and the on site shop is very reasonable. Would definitely return .

We visited as a family of four with two other families. The hotel was clean and tidy. We arrived at night and checked in and we're quickly in our room. The sleeping arrangements for a family of four were two single beds and the two sofas - none of which were comfy.

We went self catering and used a small supermarket a few mins down the road. We ate out each evening and visited the beach moat days. Both are a little walk away and can become a trek walking back and forth twice each day. We opted for taxis a few days too - around €5 each way.

The room was due to be cleaned and towels changed only once during our stay but we had this done twice. The room is well equipped with a fridge/freezer/microwave etc.

The outdoor pool was very cold - not that our children noticed much - I made it in once! The indoor pool was popular - although I didn't go in myself I believe it wasn't particularly clean. The pool side has plenty of sunbeds but no umbrellas and a €1 per day charge for a sponge liner for the sunbeds.

All in all a great break away and the weather fantastic! But be prepared for a walk or to pay for taxis.

Arrived for a short stay with my young granddaughter. Had a few gripes ,but as it was only a short stay i made the most of it! The apartment was basic but clean with a poolside view.
On arrival i paid 30€ deposit plus 15€ for 2 days internet. On the second day internet went down but no refund was offered!
Didn't see the cleaners in the 3nights we stayed, no clean towels or bins emptied. The food was ok but of cheap quality. The bar area wasn't very inviting , uncomfortable wooden chairs and a very grumpy bar man! Entertainment wasn't the best either, not much on for the kids. The pool was absolutely freezing cold ,and tbh i didn't see it being cleaned once!

The complex was in a residential area, a bit out of the way really. It's a long walk to the beach ,a taxi cost 5€ each way.
On the whole ,it was ok for a short stay but definitely not any longer. It's only half an hour from the airport ,drop off 1st from the airport ,so nowhere near busy benidorm. Probably wouldn't go again

Stayed here for a week 9-16 April. Check in was quick and we were given access to our apartment straight away. Apartment was immaculate and during our stay cleaned twice. Large balcony and the best shower ever. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dish towels (microwave and electric hob). The shop on site also sold cloths and washing up liquid etc. Shop is reasonably priced but I felt it closed too early - often before we returned from a days adventures. Closest supermarket is about 15mins walk away. Whole site is very well presented maintainance staff and cleaners visible all day. Outside pool is large and there are a good number of loungers. Indoor pool was warmer with it being April. Bar was reasonably priced. Never ate on site but there is a restaurant. Good mix of guests (ages) and the children's entertainer done party dances and face painting every night apart from the Thursday.

As usual we only used the apartment as a base choosing to explore instead. Mundomar was excellent but expensive. Terra Natural was much better value. The beach is about 20mins away down several big hills but beautiful so well worth the daily walk. The location did mean using a lot of taxis however, as the tired legs of my two children struggled to climb back up the hill. Lots of nice places to eat at the beach front. We also done tours of Benidorm on a small brown tram and then a blue train shaped vehicle. Kids loved both and they were reasonably priced. We spent very little time in Levante - found it too busy, loud and the actions of some holiday makers not appropriate for my young children to observe. Poniente was however picture perfect. I would definitely stay at Terralta again but maybe when my kids were a bit older (4, 7) and able to cope better with the walk. I would however not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues unless the were happy to get taxis to the front and back again every day - or were happy to stay on site. That said, the website for the apartments as well as travel company websites are very clear about the location so I knew in advance what to expect. Photographs of the hotel are also a true reflection of what the site currently looks like.
