Rooms clean and food good
Decor needs updating in communal areas
Especially in hallway.
Pool clean
A little bit hilly to get to but fitted the bill for what we needed.
Staff polite and helpful which was a plus.

Very happy with hotel absolutely spotless, beautiful food, beautiful rooms, very friendly staff on reception and the lady on till going into restaurant was so lovely. Will definitely be going back again. Thanks for a great holiday. It is a walk to town which I enjoyed but if you find the hills much there is regular shuttle bus to beach but we didnt need it. Beautiful pool with a lifeguard monitoring at all times

This hotel is very out of date. The staff is not service minded at all.
Cleaning staff is not doing their job as they should.
We had many issues with the key to our room and in all cases we ask for help at the reception we got arrogant attitude.
The safe is kept in the reception and you can only keep your passport because how small it is. They said that the reason for keeping the safe in the reception is because the guests were steeling them! Strangest excuse I’ve ever heard and puts question mark on the security at the hotel.
I have been around the world and I have to say that this is not up to class. Claiming the hotel to be a 4 star hotel is offensive to a all other 4 star hotels.
Big disappointment!

Returned here for a 4 night stay over Easter, hotel was very busy with a lot of Spanish staying over the Easter weekend, newly refurbished rooms were very nice and once again found the staff to be polite and helpful, we ate early for breakfast and evening meals which was handy as the queue's were extremely long later in the morning and evening with the Spanish guests eating a lot later.
Although we have already booked up at the Benikaktus for October we would have no problems returning here in the future.

The hotel lobby and the pool pictures will impress you but don’t be fooled. The pool is shaded all day long, it’s tiny; and the lobby is the only grand thing in the hotel. Rude unhelpful staff who were y willing to help us get a transfer to the airport or give us indications on public transport; which you will need as the hotel is st the top of a hill far away from all the fun. The buffet food is ok but stay away from the shellfish ( I got intoxicated).
