You get what you pay for really. Four of us to a room for £10 per night is nothing. For that the room was a bit of a dive. Work top held together with duck tape, window in shower stuck open so passes by in the corridor were face to face with you, curtains for bed sheets and empty bottles still under bed from last visit. Felt like we were squatting at times! It’s a risk though as a group of us we’re in a much, much better apartment for the same price and it was lovely. Hotel is very secure with front gate locked at all times.
We went as a stag and there were others in hotel, but no groups hanging around there. Very quiet hotel and close to old town (avoid the new if there for anything else other than a stag/hen!)
I wouldn’t take my family there if we were in the room we had, but if room could be guaranteed to be nice I would.More
