We were met with the warm hospitality of the Navarre region by Jose and Bea who welcomed us and upgraded us to a junior suite! This corner room overlooking the old city was huge and freshly redecorated - stunning! We were able to explore old Pamplona directly from this excellent location and returned for dinner as we were so impressed. We were glad we did - the dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Our room was also great value. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again. Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Room tip: Pre-book your valet parking space as these are limited.

Hotel was centrally located and just a 5 min walk from the plaza and bull run. Room was modern and clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. We were traveling with a 2 month old and they were helpful with getting us a crib. Hotel bar was quite and good for a drink. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our enormous jnr suite at a steal of a price was perfect for us. Large bedroom, separate large sitting room. Enormous bathroom with loo, bidet, twin sinks, drencher shower , and huge circular bath plus a drying tube. The first we’ve encountered.
We mostly ate out but once we tried the restaurant we dined there again. 20€ for a choice of three course menu, inc taxes, water, bread and coffee. First class fare. Grilled prawns as an amuse bounce. My husband had a Thai crab savaurin along with a tempura spider crab on a hot stone garnished with dressed leaves, as his starter. Followed by a large rare piece of beef Iand layered bacon and potato, plus creamed potatoes. I opted for spaghetti vegetables poached in olive oil on a creamy cod sauce, sounds odd but was delicious. Followed by chicken cannelloni. Both finished with a beautifully cooked hot chocolate fondant topped with praline ice cream. Along with the recommended local wine our bil came to 59€. We travel a bit and this is the best value for quality we have ever had.
We had planned to eat out on our last night but will definitely be eating in the hotel.

Location, a room stayed is comfortable and clean, reception, view, etc. recommendable. Shops and restaurants are little bit remote but access is easy. Crew in a reception over standard. Over all, exceeds standard.
