I recently stayed here and the hotel is a budget hotel. It isn't extravagant however it serves purpose i.e. there's a bed and a shower. It's close to the busy area known as Gran Via ( approximately €10 by taxi).
The building is located within a business district but helpfully there is a cafe 1 minute away which sells water and other bits and bobs.
The pool was disappointing however. It was dirty and we only saw the lifeguard once and had to set up our own sunbeds. All of the umbrellas were broken so when the sun was at its peak it was extremely hot and we couldn't stay at the pool area for very long.
Three of us went and the room had only been set up for two people despite asking for an extra pillow, bed sheet and towel on three separate occasions.
The reception staff on arrival were helpful and overall an okay stay!

This is probably one of the best location for an apartment hotel; close to Madrid soccer stadium and centre still not noisy; plenty of shops n food joint near by.

What is disappointing is the way it has been managed. Furnitures and kitchen equipment are quite old, service is also not very prompt. You may feel little isolated.

High ratings (5) for its location and property. I wish they said spend some money on refurbishing and improve their service.

Not cheap either
So overall rating 3

Dear guest:
Thank you very much for chooinsg Eurobuilding2 during your stay in Madrid.
It is great to hear that you found the hotel a good choke for you.
As you said, our hotel is not at the centre, but we are well communicated. We have underground station called "Cuzco" just a three minutes walk from the hotel.
We hope to see you again in our apartments for your next trips to Madrid.

We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of June . I think we were in one of the larger apartments which slept 4. I had a full 'Wing' to myself which included a bedroom , plenty of wardrobe space and a bathroom all linked by a 'landing' area. Our particular apartment was very spacious. Breakfast was fine.

The apartment was cleaned daily but was a little tired and in need of repair and update in a few areas, the same for the other communal areas of the hotel. (which we didn't use) We had a a few problems with the electric and the shower whilst staying but these were all sorted very quickly by the hotel staff. The pool was shut during our stay which was disappointing as it was a big reason for booking.

Overall , better than I expected after reading the reviews and nice to have a spacious apartment to relax in so close to the centre of Madrid.

The hotel is old and stale. It has the potential to be a good hotel but it is not maintained. Everything sleeps in the rooms and there is a smell of cigarettes. The shower is broken and the water is weak. The internet in the rooms is miserable. The only positive thing is that the service is relatively fine.

I stayed here one night only. To be honest the place looks old and the halls looks like the Shinning scary movie hahaha but it is very spacious if you are planning to stay in Madrid for a lot of days, cooking with some people this place could work. Maybe you can see the stadium from the other site of the building but you won't see it from room 1506. Besides it is not that near. There are some metro statoons near the facility but I think there are better locations you can try.
