The room was very big with a little kitchen inside. Big bathroom. Very beautiful everything and the service was perfect! There was only a bus near and that´s no so good, but the hotel was great,I would repeat with them!

Room tip: big rooms; kitchen inside bedroom

The sheets were dirty and there were tons of dead ants on the toilet seat. (See picture)
I booked through booking.com where they advertise a nice room from their sister hotel.
I had to leave the place as I was disgusted to stay

Ok Family of 4, able and willing to move around on own vehicle, needing kitchen access ...... 2 week stay...... What a perfect match for our needs. TuriHotel La Florida is adjacent to one of the most luxurious residential neighborhoods of greater Madrid.... is it in downtown? no. is it walking distance to major cultural sites? no.... but that was not what we required. The Hotel is located right next to Carretera de La Coruña... or to say the same.... direct highway connection to Downtown in less than 10 minutes. Also very close to M-40 which is a circular highway that puts all of Madrid, airport and major shopping malls at an easy to understand access. Now to the premises. it is slightly trick to get to the hotel by car.... why? two reasons. The official address listed everywhere will take you to the hotel, yes but through a narrow road and to the hotel's pedestrian entrance.... in order to reach the hotel by car or taxi you must reach it through the street which is immediately east of Procion and 2 if you happen to arrive during business hours on a business day.... the two way street will be flooded with cars park on the side which makes it a 1 car wide , 2 way street. But don't worry if you are going to be driving in and out , while this is not convenient, madrilenos have the right attitude and deal with these issues all the time.... and will be quickly to seek a solution even if it means to back more than a few yards up to let you in and out. The hotel has a very nice presence with gardens around. the lobby is clean and appropriate for what it is. For US visitors you will find the front desk rather small and unimpressive...... but that is irrelevant, the impressive part is how every single person that works at the hotel are so nice and willing to help in whichever way possible.... Liliana, Mar, Javier at nights.... were profesional, kind and friendly... outstanding front desk personnel while the hotel does not have any type of assigned valet service to help you haul your baggage, at check out a gentleman who seemed from maintenance offer to help me get the bags to the car... boy was he a great help; his name is Luis.... great attitude as well, he did not even want to accept a small tip I offered but I insisted.... as a treat to have some coffee.... and speaking of coffee... at lobby level there is a cafeteria/restaurant that was heavily used bu local business workers...... My wife enjoyed the cafe con leche every morning... that obviously I had to go pick up myself, and I had the OJ and took along some chocolate filled pastries ... everything was delicious... and the attitude of the staff was outstanding as well, nice friendly and caring. The rooms; we got a two bedroom two bathroom apt type. it had a living/dinning room area a galley type kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms connected by a small hallway. there was plenty of storage space more than anyone would ever need for a short stay. while the bathrooms were very nicely appointed with floor to ceiling marble the rest was rather steril, no paintings on the walls, no furniture to speak off... which in our world is great news because there are less things for our 2 little boys to destroy. the kitchen had a washing machine and no dryer... so we opted to do the needed laundry at a relative's place... but push come to shove.... it would have been ok and clothes could have dried at one of the bathrooms. we got a toaster ($12) at the nearby Hipercor which is a shopping center of considerable size offering everything anyone could think off. Also we got ourselves a microwave which is not available at the kitchen.... along with some pots , pans and utensils at very low cost also at Hipercor. Room service was adequate but it does not include kitchen service above clearing the trash can but bathrooms, linens and beds and light dusting was included. The ladies were very gracious many days to wait almost until 3:30 pm to come and do our room....... If you are going to honeymoon to Madrid and want an excellent hotel to impress your loved one and brag about to your buddies upon your return.... this is not your hotel.... but otherwise this hotel may be a fantastic option for al those seeking the extra space for families or group of friends at a nice location that will surely require access to mobility.... UBER works great in Madrid, I am told.....

Would I stay there again with my family. Absolutely YES... is it luxurious no but the people there..... are top notch, the place is clean, the beds are very comfy and WIFI worked well enough all over!

Room tip: 2/2 normally have 4 beds if you want King Size, ask 4 it

This hotel is clean and functional. With nice views on a little patio.
The rooms are big enough to put a big suitcase, the bathroom is large and the kitchen is well-equipped. Suitcases can also fit in the living-room.
The hotel is next to a bus line to Madrid (Moncloa – entrance to the city ).
I arrived from the airport using two “cercanias” trains (station Pozuelo – El Barrial) and a short taxi ride (you will have to call the taxis since there are few in this area). There is a mall right across from the train station and you may find some there.
Also, the staff is nice and willing to help.
Note that there is no gym in on-site.

Room tip: The rooms facing the back look into a patio. Otherwise, the rooms look into a parking lot.
