I'm just back. Really angry because of the misbehavior of the hotel. Making my reservation, I clicked on the wrong link (this hotel and not the one I really wanted). Five minutes later I called the hotel apologizing for my mistake and kindly asking to cancel my reservation. I explained very kindly the problem: it was an error, I had to give a concert in a place very far from them (the hotel is OUT of Madrid and this is not clear in their presentation!!), they refuse very rude to let me speak with the director, telling me they had already charged on my credit card ALL the amount of three nights! There was no way to change this, no exception even if I tried it various times and always kindly. So, I had to stay there: it is very far from the city, very uncomfortable, and the staff quite rude. They don't speak English at all, and the rooms are quite far from the photos they putted online. Breakfast expensive and poor (in my opinion some of the foods were recooked from the day before...). Wifi connection is not always working and when you call for someone at the reception often there is nobody. Totally unhappy stay and bad behaviour.
