Had a pleasant, simple meal meal here early evening. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Stayed for several glasses of the house wine.

We stopped by for an afternoon snack of coffee and chocolate napolitanas and were not disappointed. Conveniently located to the cathedral but with reasonable prices, we enjoyed lingering here one afternoon.

This was toward the end of our trip and our group was decided on having paella for dinner. The restaurant is a few steps from our hotel which was across the cathedral. The paella de mariscos was delicious. Rice was well cooked and the seafood well prepared, seasoned and proportioned. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Just stumbled upon this place, small intimate place, just up from the Cathedral.
Ate here for breakfast when we could, and always a popular place for the locals!! (always a dead giveaway)
Nice Tapas but a good varied menu.
Enjoyed a Ceasar Salad of generous proportions, whilst my wife tucked into Fresh Sea Bass.
Prices are reasonable and the facilities here are as you would want them to be.
Staff are most welcoming and it appears nothing is too much trouble.
I recommend you call and say hello if you are visiting this lovely city.

We arrived in Santiago after walking on our relatively short 5 day pilgrimage. However, we were tired and just wanted a quick place to eat at an earlier time than Spanish restaurants usually serve. We went in and asked at 6:30 if we could eat and asked for quick service and they had both. The food was delicious and well served. Downstairs is charming with nice tableclothes, upstairs less so. We ended up eating here 3 times during our stay in the city. Each time had something different, each time it was delicious and well served. No frills, but perfect for what we were looking for.
