It is difficult to do justice in a written review as to how great this place is. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, only a few minutes from the beach and less than a 10 minute walk from the metro that takes your directly to almost any place you want to go in twenty minutes or less (it is an excellent line for seeing all of the tourist places). David has thought of everything in the apartment - separate air conditioning units in each room, fully stocked kitchen (including treats and wine for arrival), TV with both satellite and cable as well as DVDs, super comfortable beds and bedding, washer, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, etc., etc. However, the big plus to this apartment is David himself. He spent a good 2.5 hours showing us the apartment, going over tourist sights and making recommendations for restaurants. He was super responsive if we needed anything - very quick to get back to us via email or text message and went above and beyond in every way. This is easily one of the best vacation rentals I have been fortunate enough to find.

Highly recommend this apartment & David the owner was a brilliant & welcoming host. This apartment was like a home away from home during our 6 day stay in Barcelona with our 3 children. Close to the beach, metro & shops, the apartment was exactly as advertised. Super apartment, perfect location.

Recently returned from a 4 day stay in Barcelona and David's apartment. The attention to detail, helpfulness and generosity surpassed any thing we would have expected.
The apartment was perfect for our stay, with in easy reach of transport, and a good shopping mall just 10 mins walk away. Extremely well decorated, clean and spacious.
David has made sure there is every thing to hand from, food, drink, towels, bathroom luxuries to things you would never imagine like sewing kits umbrellas, basically better equipped than my own home.
We can't thank David enough from his warm welcome to all the extra things he did for us during our stay.
We will be back to stay I would not consider staying any where else in Barcelona X

Great apartment. Spacious, clean and quiet, close to the beach and easy access to the city. David also presented a wealth of information about the city. Hope to be back one day!
