Good site with level shaded pitches and access round the site for caravans and motorhomes. Great wash/toilets facilities that looked newly refurbished, two pools and great inviting terrace bar and restaurant that we enjoyed a good meal in. Great introduction to the site and area by reception staff.

We stayed here en route to Portugal and as a base to explore the beautiful city of Salamanca. Suffice it too say we extended our stay just to relax in this charming campsite.

All the facilities are provided for and the toilet block is new, regularly cleaned and the showers excellent.

The pool is a small but fine for a splash with the kids and there is a nice shady area to hide from the sun...

However the undoubted star of the show is the bar/restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortably at home. The food is really excellent. Book a paella, you will *not* be disappointed.

Top tips:
Book your table in the bar as soon as you can, places are limited and people come from the whole area to eat here.

Catch the 27 bus which drops you right in the center of Salamanca with no driving or parking hassles.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Friendly service, clean toilets, quiet at night. Spacious plots for camping vans or tents divided by bushes. Pool open from 11h30. Enjoyable stay. Fair prices for the services provided.

We camped here for a night on our journey back to Santander and found this site to be very clean and well laid out with very friendly and helpful staff and amenities that have recently been refurbished. Our pitch was grassy and spacious with trese that provided welcome shade from the unseasonably strong sun. The restaurant/bar is a popular feature of this site and breakfasts are also available. There is a good bus service into Salamanca and this makes exploring the city from the campsite an easy task.

Overnight stop on way to Portugal, friendly staff, good toilet and showers, very good restaurant (excellent squid with aeoli and grilled prawns, with great Spanish wine) and nice walk/cycle to Salamanca (a few km)
