We stay in this hotel after a week I madrid. The staff was polite enough and the hall is quite nice. Big rooms and good equipment. Too noisy for us. We did not tried breakfast. There is pleanty of places around to enjoy a cafe in the morning.

We stayed for 2 nights in July as a base for exploring the city centre which is very close by. While the hotel is convenient for this, and the staff are welcoming and helpful the hotel does not work well as a place to stay. We had the misfortune of a room on the 7th floor which is fine if there is more than one lift. However waiting 5 minutes to go down to breakfast - we gave up and walked, and waiting for the same time to get back up is poor. When we came to check out we waited over 10 minutes for the lift, which was in heavy use by other guests wishing to do the same.
Breakfast was Eurostars standard, which is invariably very high, the bedroom was moderate and poor for the hotel group as a whole, having stayed in many.
Would not recommend for a repeat visit. All the more disappointing having just spent a totally wonderful 2 nights at Eurostars in Ovideo.
Overall a real disappointment, notwithstanding the best efforts of the lovely staff.
Garage is a nightmare to find and to negotiate and you need to understand it is in a one way street.

Room tip: Don't stay on a higher floor

We had some trouble finding the hotel and ended up in the parking garage of another hotel nearby. Streets are all one-way which needs some attention to get to the right address. However reception staff helped us kindly with check-in and we parked the car under the hotel. The spots are small so be careful not to damage your car. The elevator goes right from the parking garage to your room floor so that's easy but the hotel only has one elevator suitable for max. 4 people and that is really not enough. Besides the bed in our room was not good and we went to the reception the next morning asking for another room. We got that without a surcharge and we moved to a different floor in a room which had a much better bed, as we were staying for 2 more nights. This was customer service which we appreciated. The rest of our stay was uncomplicated and we saw a lot of the old town. Two remarks still: the exit to the parking was at a different place as where you get in so look carefully at the exit signs (salida) and - maybe as we stayed over the weekend - the breakfast was not complete in all items lacking even simple things as plain yoghurt. We also stayed in Eurostars Mar de Vigo which was simply much better.

Room tip: ask for a room with a wider bed on a lower floor. Then you do not need the elevator so much.

We drove to Leon. Was very easy to find the hotel and loading/unloading of luggage is very easy. The hotel has a parking lot right under the location for an additional fee. From this location we were a little more than a mile from the center of town. The front desk staff gave us directions, answered all our questions and made suggestions of places we should visit. There is no luxury but the rooms are clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

After a long day of riding we could not wait to arrive at the hotel for a hot shower and rest.
We were welcomed with three reception ladies who helped up inmensely regarding our stay.
They were so helpful and more than happy to assist in any way possible.
They booked the bus for us for our departure the following day.
We will definitely recommend the hotel.
The room was very clean and as it did not have a kettle in the room, the front desk staff provided us with a kettle and mugs so we could make ourselves a cup of tea.
Close to the old town. With supermarket in walking distance.
Excellent service all round.
