This place is really a gem. A little boutique hotel in the heart of the secluded Ciudad Jardin neighborhood Only five rooms, very elegant, simple but classy, wonderful location, beautiful setting, amazing breakfast, the detail that makes the difference is Manuela, the manager. She has the unique ability to make you feel at home, she's really very special and takes personal care of every guest, letting alone that she fluently speaks several languages. The only minor glitch is that three of the five rooms have split beds and this is not a family hotel but is designed for couples instead. In any case, I really recommend this very special hotel.

Room Tip: if you are a couple get a room with a queen bed

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a few nights over New Year's Eve and it was simply brilliant. Great location for a walk into town or to the beach but also well placed to get out of town and on the road to the rest of the island.

Manuela and all of the staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful and clearly passionate about this brilliant little hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and it feels like you are staying in your own home.

Wi-fi throughout, kitchen and roof terrace available for guest use.

This is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful design and décor and a Canarian style breakfast to die for. However, with no evening dining room or lounge bar I would hesitate to describe it as a hotel.
The bathroom was a delight with an enormous walk-in shower and beautiful non-slip tiling.
It's location in an old residential area of period villas is slightly marred by a busy road alongside which may cause a noise/pollution problem in the warmer months. We stayed during January and found our room very cold at night so didn't have the window open or use the large balcony or roof terrace. It was a little far from the centre of town (shops/restaurant) to be convenient for us but the taxis were cheap.
I was very disappointed to be given a room on the 1st floor when I had specifically booked the ground floor room as I have problems with my knees. We took the room when we arrived as we were only going to be there for 1 night - if we had been due to stay longer we would have moved elsewhere. The lovely lady who looked after us during our stay stated that she accepted all requests at the time of booking but then could not always fulfil them. However, in every other way she could not have been more helpful.
Would I stay here again? Definitely, as long as I could have the ground floor room.

Room Tip: See previous comment about not getting the room I had booked.

Spent a couple of days in this wonderful hotel. It's location is quite unique as it's close to two beaches and the city center but it's also quiet and surrounded by beautiful houses. The place has recently been renewed and the owners have turned it into a lovey place. Lovely room too.
I thank Mr. Sanchez how nice he was to us. We'll come back.

Room Tip: We could see there was a room with a terrace. Could be worth asking for the price
