Nice, cosy apartment close in the center of Las Palmas
The apartment itself is in good condition, clean and well equipped. Close to cafeterias, shops and bus stops. What's worth to mention, that it's pretty noisy from the street at night, but in fact its not a fault of the apartment itself. Photos are real, owner Carlos is a nice guy, everything went smooth. I've stayed here for a month with my wife and can recommend it.

Convenient
Positives: -This apartment is well located for exploring Las Palmas, you can easily walk to the old town or the Marina and is on a bus route for going further afield. There are 2 good supermarkets a few steps away. The place was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and a good size. Owner very friendly and helpful. Good price. Negatives: 1. It was very noisy, both from within the building (neighbours upstairs until very late at night on some occasions) and outside. Although double glazed the traffic noise and late night revellers from the busy street kept us awake, and the arrival of the bin lorry in the middle of the night plus ongoing work on the drains at night, did not help. Eventually we bought ear plugs which did help somewhat. 2. I felt the apartment could be better equipped, several utensils had seen better days, such as the coffee maker, frying pans, mop and broom. The cooker was hard to regulate and the fridge was small and noisy (no freezer). The kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. Bed linen was old and thin. Hot water was only enough for 2 showers if you had a very quick one each or waited ages for it to heat up again. Probably fine if you staying a week but we were there for an extended period and would have appreciated a few more home comforts.

Muy recomendable
El apartamento está magníficamente comunicado. Es limpio y agradable.
Supermercados, mercado, tiendas, restaurantes, centro comercial, playa... todo a menos de 5 minutos.
La propietaria es muy amable y simpática.

Estudio acogedor y bien ubicado
Estudio moderno y acogedor, en finca muy bien situada. El estudio es para dos personas pero si el sofa fuera convertible en cama podría ser para 4 personas ya que es amplio y está preparado para dividirse en dos espacios. El trato con el propietario también fue muy agradable.

Calidad-precio inmejorable. Trato personal de 10
Situado en la principal calle de Las Palmas, a un paso de supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías y con conexión en autobús a la Playa de las Canteras. El arrendador nos ha dado un trato personal inmejorable, ayudándonos en todo lo posible en nuestra estancia, mejor imposible. Apartamento completamente equipado, moderno, funcional e impoluto. Repetiríamos sin duda, con gente de tal calidad humana es un gusto tratar.
