Had a couple of work related stays over a 2 month period. Rooms excellent, beach views preferable, conference facilities decent. Catering for large groups, 50-100, not a problem. Good lunches and dinners. Great location with respect to beach and seafront restaurants. Taxi rank just round the corner from hotel, very convenient.

Unfortunately, most of the rooms don’t have sea view.
Good bedroom size and comfortable beds. The bathroom is ok and minibar has couple of bottles for free (water and local soda).
Breakfast is good (not the best in my life).
Staff was nice. :)

The location was a plus.

Good location, but...
No sea-view rooms with walk-in showers, so elderly people have to climb into a slippery bath-tub, or have a "city-view" room (actually port-view - not as pretty as sea-view but more interesting). We opted to change to a city-view room, but the walk-in shower proved to be a walk-in sprinkle.
Unintelligent lifts which stop frequently and unnecessarily. Only two of the three lifts working. Occasionally none! Long journeys.
Very impersonal service.
Breakfast diy and cacophonous.
Food service from bars takes ages as kitchen is a long way away and barman has to find time to make the journey.
Minibar is ridiculous - 2 bottles of water, a fake coke and a fake orange juice. Not replaced unless you pay, so no free mineral water... in a 5-star hotel? Also, in the bathroom, no bathrobes, no face-flannels, no hair-conditioner, no body lotion.
On departure, wanted me to pay without seeing details of bill.
A mean and miserable place.
But good-sized rooms, good air-con and excellent wifi. Glad something was good.

Lovely stay in the Hotel Cristina. We had a room on the 9th floor, city view, not the most attractive view, but a lovely room. The only critisim I would have is that the air conditioning was feeble and we were lucky to not need it as it was a cooler week when we were there.

Breakfast was probably one of the most outstanding features! Lovely range of cooked and baked goods, great coffee and juices. We spent most of our days relaxing by the (chilly) pool, which was lovely, with great food, cocktails and a lovely sea view.

The hotel is on the beach and on a promenade around the bay, which was lovely. Totally recommend a stay here!

Best location, but unfortunately the staff is of very poor quality. I asked at the reception for a phone contact in the island - he went for his mobile and searched on Google! - as if I hadn't done that already! He couldn't find it and made no other effort whatsoever. The cleaning lady entered our room early in the morning without knocking! The access way from the private underground parking, which we had to pay as an extra, to the lobby, is disgusting! The breakfast is medium. Definitely not up to a 5 star category.
