As frequent travellers between France and Spain. Zaragoza is a good half way stop for us. Looking for a different place to stay we came across this hotel. What a find, good value, spacious and clean accommodation, friendly staff, good food and a great breakfast! We will be back!

Travelling down from Santander to Javea we deceived to break our journey in Zaragoza. We wanted a hotel near to the Autopista with secure parking and this location seemed to fit the criteria. We booked a Junior Suite at a very reasonable €62 for the night which included a breakfast, but now we know why it was cheap. This is a very large modern hotel and whilst we were aware it was situated in an industrial zone, we did not fully appreciate just how remote it is and once you have arrived just how much a captive audience you are. We had driven nearly 300 miles, arriving at 1600 hours. Reception was fine and booking in process ok. The underground parking was also ok and plentiful. We went to our 4th floor room. The entrance door is swollen and only opens back halfway as it sticks on the floor. The room whilst spacious with a separate bedroom lounge and bathroom is quite austere. There is a fitted kitchen! Sink, electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave but absolutely no basic kitchen equipment like plates, cups, kettle pans etc, so what is the point of having such a feature? We decided to go down to the bar and have a drink only to find from the receptionist that the bar, cafeteria, restaurant etc were all closed and did not open till 2030 in the evening! In addition Room Service was not available until that time and 2300. Apparently the hotel was not busy so could not justify opening the bar etc earlier! So basically the best they could offer was water! Not the best of arrivals and we ended up driveing back to a hyper market at the other end of the industrial zone for food and drink supplies!

The bathroom has glass doors, both into that room and into a separated toilet, but one of the doors seemed to be missing! The bath was large but not user friendly to anyone with any mobility issues. A large fixed shower screen fitted part way along the edge of the bath made it difficult to get to the taps and set then running and the bath surface itself was like glass and extremely slippery. All things considered this hotel was not for us and we have another night booked at the end of May on our return trip. It is pre-paid and apparently non-refundable but we will not be stopping here irrespective of losing money.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. I booked a suite, which was very spacious, clean and of a good standard. The only negative is the sofa and armchair in the lounge area being extremely uncomfortable, which is a shame. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, which means that there is virtually nothing to see in the vicinity, no restaurants or bars or any parks or public spaces. This means that there is nothing to do and you can only eat at the hotel. The food is reasonably priced, but the service was very poor. It was a busy time when I visited, but even arriving early, it took well over two hours to be fed the day's menu. The food was fine and good value, but clearly they are not used to having a full house on a regular basis and seem unable to cope well with numbers. Breakfast is good value and of a reasonable standard. Reception seem helpful and friendly. The gym is not really a proper gym. A few benches and a couple of aging aerobic machines. No decent equipment or free weights. In general, this is a modern, clean hotel, with decently priced food. I would say it is a practical choice for a short stay and would describe it as Good, rather than Average.

This was a stop over on our way south. As a result of a storm induced delay, we arrived at the hotel 5 mins before the restaurant closed ( 11.40pm) Dispite our late arrival, we were served an excellent ( freshly cooked) dinner, along with a good glass of Albariño. Our waiter was welcoming and attentive- couldn't have received better service!

Our room was HUGE, the decor modern and the bed ( again huge) comfortable. One criticism, the landing outside our bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

We stayed here for one night both ways of our trip to UK and it is fabulous. Junior suite, which is great and free breakfast make this a perfect stopover. Ideal to find as well, it's ours for every trip now.
